Founder / CEO

Richard Bradford is the founder of Elevated Enterprises, a hospitality-focused development company created to build a new standard of experience-driven destinations. At the heart of the company is Elevated Escapes, its flagship concept—an ultra-high-end experiential tiny home resort designed to bring together luxury, nature, and meaningful connection in the Smoky Mountain region.

Richard’s approach to hospitality is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: where you stay should be just as impactful as where you go. With a professional background defined by reliability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering quality service, he brings a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset to every aspect of development—from early concepts and partnerships to guest experience and long-term operations.

Paige Cain serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Elevated Escapes, the flagship property of Elevated Enterprises, where she is responsible for translating vision into execution across every facet of the guest experience. With a natural strength in organization, team leadership, and operational precision, Paige brings structure, consistency, and accountability to a concept built on delivering exceptional, detail-driven hospitality. Her approach is rooted in the belief that seamless operations are the foundation of unforgettable experiences—ensuring that every stay, service, and touchpoint reflects the elevated standard the brand promises.

At Elevated Escapes, Paige oversees daily operations, staff development, guest services, and on-site performance, working closely with founder Richard Bradford to ensure the integrity of the brand is carried through from concept to reality. From luxury accommodations and wellness offerings to dining, events, and retreats, she plays a critical role in aligning each component into a cohesive, high-performing operation. Known for her ability to lead with clarity and build strong, service-focused teams, Paige is instrumental in creating an environment where both guests and staff feel valued, supported, and engaged.
